Refused to deal with alternator issues rather bluntly and without personal regard, despite having dealt with similar vehicle troubles 7+ years ago. We were initially offered a charge of over $100 just to diagnose car issues before the owner of ASME was heading off on vacation (and could not deal with these matters). It does not seem right to refuse work based on simple measures of convenience, hence the low review indicating poor customer service.
