I booked a facial online and my appointment was confirmed right away. Two days later, I received a text saying it was cancelled with no explanation. When I followed up, they told me the owner only does facials for women. There was nothing on their website, booking page, or confirmation email about it being women-only. The communication is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
