Dr. Jafri is a very kind, understanding doctor. You are not treated like a number by her or her office staff, her office spotlessly clean and is efficiently run. I highly recommend Dr. Jafri if you're looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen to you and who sincerely cares about your wellbeing.
I’m honestly surprised to read that some people didn’t have a good experience with Dr. Asma Jaffrey, because my experience with her has been completely the opposite. She’s very attentive and really listens to what you’re saying. I never felt rushed or dismissed during my appointments. Omg idk how Dr. Jafri has a 2.8 on Google reviews!! She is literally the best PCP I’ve had in a long time! I started going to her when my previous insurance ended and had to stop going to mount sinai. There are not a lot of doctors who take Medicaid who is as kind and thorough as she is! Any test I want, she gives it to me. If I have any fear, she hears me out and NEVER minimizes my symptoms, which is so important since most doctors dont take patients of color seriously, especially doctors who take Medicaid!
