HORRIBLE. My 83 yr old Aunt had her AC go out and her Home Warranty sent ACM Mechanical out. He showed up at 8pm and said it was not getting power. She could not understand him and called me because he wanted payment and she thought he said he could not fix it. She asked him to speak to me and he refused so I told her not to pay him. Our AC blower needed to be replaced. Although I reached out to them on a holiday in the middle of a rare and harsh heat wave, they came very fast and replaced the blower. I really appreciate the service and responsiveness of the ASM and will always consider them as a trustable go to place in future.
