We are car traders, run from Birmingham Erdington b24 9pp, 637b Kingsbury road. We sell used cars and also do part exchange on customers vehicles. We give 28 days warranty with all our cars on purchase , which are tested beforehand to make sure the customer drives away in a great condition car. We accept cash and bank transfers. We have affordable and reliable cars, we also provide warranty for longer periods for customers satisfaction.

Went to pick the car up 2 days after deposit, got it home and they'd removed the boot floor out and forgot to put back in! Have asked several times to have it replaced. Each time I ring im getting a different person and being told they've 'been taken over' and will sort it but now not even replying. Phone number has been ringing out for weeks now and doesn't look like they will be replacing the part. Frustrating as not local enough to pop by.
Ok here goes!! I told these lads I would leave them a review and haven't!! I purchased a 2007 black BMW - 8 months ago.. Hi guys!! I'm sure u remember me lol. A few jobs did need doing with the car the did some they also knocked some money off for a light I got fixed. The lads were great!! Polite lovely and helpful!! I bought a VW Golf (62 plate) in great condition for a great price from ASM car sales about a month ago and I’m really pleased with it. The car developed a minor issue during the free warranty period (these things happen with old cars), and ASM car sales could not have done more to get it fixed; really appreciated. Good customer service is only really shown when there is an issue that needs to be fixed, and ASM car sales could not have provided better customer service. Would highly recommend. G
