Run away from ASM BMW part shop. I just realized that my front bumper was replaced with an aftermarket bumper they did this without telling me. I ended up spending 2200 dollars just to get an oil cooler and fog light replaced because the Oil cooler was leaking coolant. He just patched up the cooler never did get a new one at all. I called him about that and stated him my findings, he did refund me back of 400 dollars. ASM BMW is flat-out outstanding. I came to Alex with a 2016 BMW 340i xDrive for a turbo replacement (Pure800) and an engine tune after another shop had completely screwed up the installation. Alex and his team at ASM really went the extra mile to make sure everything was accomplished correctly, and it's clear that Alex's superior knowledge and experience in the BMW community makes his shop the best around. They hold people's car for 4 months. Then Lie to keep getting money from people. Adding items without consent and using old parts on people's cars. spent over 5k then get on Facebook and said we stole the car. He posted the receipt and it clearly stated ZERO as the balance. Thats defamation of character. You do know we paid with our credit cards. Alex is an absolute pro, not just in the quality of his work, but in his passion for the brand and, most importantly, customer service. I cannot recommend ASM enough.

THIS SHOP IS NOT RECOMMENDED! The first day I got my car back from them and I already had to replace the starter, few days after my oil level was low I change my oil there was only 4 quarts of oil in the motor, as I was changing the oil I noticed the transmission was leaking. Alex charged me for new spark plugs that were bad, he also charged me for a sway bar that he didn’t connect all the way. I was charged almost $6,000 of work that wasn’t done correctly.

I took my Z4 in because the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. Alex diagnosed it and had all the repairs done the following day. He also did everything he could to try to keep the cost down which always nice. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and impressed with the turnaround on the repairs. I won't be taking my car anywhere else!

Big shout out to Alex and the ASM BMW crew. They did everything to get my ride running and looking better than ever. They were very Informative and were quick to get the parts I needed even when I screwed up and bought Chinese crap for my baby. Paint and body looks fantastic. Thanks again guys.

I recently purchased a used 2008 335i from ASM BMW. I have had the car for about 6 weeks and have had 0 mechanical issues with the vehicle. Everyone at the shop is very knowledgeable give you straight information instead of the usual run-around. I had no fear that I was being sold something at a higher value than I should've and still today I feel like ASM really helped me out. 5/5 customer service!

Nice Customer Service. I took my car here to dyno and these guys know what they are doing plus they have the Mustang dyno putting out some real Horsepower numbers. I’ll recommend this place to any of my car guys
