I had a great experience with Maclane's Automotive. I came in for an oil change and a state inspection. Due to my busy schedule, I had to reschedule my appointment twice. Kevin was incredibly friendly and understanding. He even offered me a complimentary loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced, which exceeded all my expectations! I left very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I took my 2018 VW Atlas to Maclanes for an oil change recently. This was my first time there. Scheduling on line was very easy, my appointment time was 8am and they got my car right in. I waited in their waiting room which is a very nice space, comfortable, where I could have a coffee and work. Kevin and staff were great to work with. Will be taking my cars there again in the future.
Best car inspection ever of my 2023 Tesla Y! Fast, reasonable, comfortable waiting room, friendly staff and snacks including a warm chocolate chip cookie! My go to place from now on!
Great customer service, i had a flat tire and needed repaired fast. They jumped on it and now i will be a customer for all other car needs in future!!
