This was my first experience with Maclane’s but I have to say from start to finish I was impressed and grateful. Kevin, the service advisor listened to my latest car stress and empathized with me. They took the time to address my concerns and figure out a suitable game plan. They also offer shuttle service to your house which really is a lifesaver for many reasons. I just had my first experience with Maclane's in Malvern, and I am very satisfied with the service and overall experience. The car had been evaluated at another shop, so the diagnostic at Maclane's was considered a "second opinion," and was done at no charge. The price for the repairs and cleaning the engine -- the car had a severe oil leak -- seemed fair and reasonable to me, and the services were done quickly. Keven and McLean worked closely with me to get the front bearings diagnosed and fixed correctly. They also prepared a detailed check list of other deficiencies rhe truck needs for future maintenance. Great service at a fair and reasonable rate! I’ll be a returning customer.
Thanks for following up with me regarding my 2022 Jeep Compass. My vehicle hasn't given me any more alerts or problems since you disabled that lane keeping function that I never needed anyway.
