I recently got new tires from Maclane's. The service was great and the manager was very friendly. I loved the waiting area with the warm chocolate chip cookies! It was a nice perk while waiting for the work to be completed. I will be scheduling an oil change soon.

I was not happy with the lack of follow through when I was told someone would "circle back to me". I had my truck there to try and diagnose why my check engine light was going on and off for months with the same code coming up. When I dropped it off the light was not on and it was driving fine besides a very occasional shudder. They diagnosed it to have a bad head gasket and suggested to replace the entire engine. This was my first experience with Maclane’s but I have to say from start to finish I was impressed and grateful. Kevin, the service advisor listened to my latest car stress and empathized with me. They took the time to address my concerns and figure out a suitable game plan. They also offer shuttle service to your house which really is a lifesaver for many reasons.
