Have a tooth taken out by this dentist few months ago. Now inside my mouth on that side it's still numb. I was advised by another dentist that I had nerve damage after the tooth taken out and it shouldn't have happened. I wasn't told by Asleep Dental that there was nerve damage even though I had visited it twice after the truth have been taken out! My face was swollen and coloured for a month. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out while under general anesthesia. I got clear instructions about what to do before and after the procedure and also had all the risks explained in depth, any questions were also answered clearly. Day of the procedure everyone was very kind, Dr Jeff gave my designated carer all the prescriptions and re-explained the rules I need to follow for a smooth recovery. Dr Jeff was excellent. He explained everything leading up to and after the procedure, calmed my anxiety and made me feel safe and in good hands. Afterwards he and his team made sure I was looked after. Everything went smoothly, highly recommend Asleep Dental.
