We had a mold issue in the shower, as the previous owners did not actually address the mold root issue and merely covered it up. Let me tell you -- I was so surprised when Tal came and did a consultation and gave us the rundown. He pointed out issues we didn't even know were problems (such as mold build up on the floor due to the heater and other places where mold hides).
