Overall, I’m very happy with the service and still leaving 5 stars because the team was fast, professional, and worked very efficiently together. The windows look great, and the whole process was smooth. There were just two things I think could be improved. My friend has a larger house but was charged about $50 less, so the pricing felt a little inconsistent. Also, one window was missed at her house, and one side of a window was missed at mine.
