Ok, so if you go to Dallas Regional Medical Center ER or Urgent Care, then you will get a bill from this provider. The labs drawn are processed under his billing info. I was surprised by a bill and never will return to this location. I had to go to a different er less than 24hrs after discharge. SMH
I've never been to this place or seen this doctor. I pay all my bills on time. How can a person randomly chose a address and mail them a bill. Really who does that.
