Zero star review. I highly do NOT recommend utilizing Bill Askin for your real estate needs. The customer service was beyond awful. The crux comes with the mess up of follow up with recording. They collected their money at close and never checked to see if the property recorded... I found out four months after our close date that we never recorded at the county level. Retained Askin for help with eldercare. After we submitted all of the information he required, he was totally unprepared on our first meeting which we had to prompt him multiple times to set up. In our opinion was not very knowledgeable in this area and didn't give us good advice. Would not recommend.

If you want to be Lied to about what things will cost. This attorney is for you.wound up paying huge bill to state he said wouldn't happen. I guess thats how he pays for his vintage cars.
