What a great experience dealing with Denise and the team at Askin. We didn't have much of an idea what we wanted starting out but Denise patiently assisted through the whole process, from design to colours. We would have been lost without her!! Thanks Denise.
After visiting the showroom, we thought that we had found a decent cabinet maker. We had our last communication from them on the 20th of January and they have failed to respond to our multiple requests. My last email to them was: Hi D, As we have not heard from Askin Cabinets, could you please recommend a responsible, quality kitchen and cabinetmaker for us to contact as it seems that Askin cabinets are unable to respond to any of our requests. Went in to asked a question and found that the lady working there was very rude and not helpful at all, once I found what I was looking for she said OK your all good on your way. Very poor customer service As I have worked in the manufacturing of kitchens for 8 year's
Poor follow-up. Got the quote an that was that
We initially loved our new kitchen, however 8 months has passed now and we have had constant issues with the quality of the product. Edging tape has been falling off on every cabinet door which Askin cabinets has said there was an issue with the glue used initially so we have had all of the doors edging glued down again 3 times, if not more. Each time having the trades come in take the doors away, glue them down again and come back to refit which has been a huge inconvenience. I asked for everything to be replaced as it is a... read more
