I hit a rut off roading and hurt my car. Took it to Jim. He said it was a broken transmission mount. Took 11 days for him to get the part and fix it, but in the meantime - he ENCOURAGED me to drive it. Said he was 99.99% sure it was safe and would not cause further damage, said he drove it. Said I could probably drive it for a year like that. After he fixed the transmission mount, he said the motor mount was also broken, but he didn't notice because "I never even looked under the hood". RecommendedJim is awesome gentleman and honest technician. I went to get an estimate and he noticed something about the car that is irrelevant to what I came there for. He made a few adjustments without charging me or making things up to make a few dollars. A rare in this type of industry. I will definitely come back and have him do the job.
