I hit a rut off roading and hurt my car. Took it to Jim. He said it was a broken transmission mount. Took 11 days for him to get the part and fix it, but in the meantime - he ENCOURAGED me to drive it. Said he was 99.99% sure it was safe and would not cause further damage, said he drove it. Said I could probably drive it for a year like that. After he fixed the transmission mount, he said the motor mount was also broken, but he didn't notice because "I never even looked under the hood".
