Dan was amazing. I needed to move my mom from Nee Jersey to Massachusetts. He was very communicative and responsive as we planned the trip. He went to visit and meet my mom the week before departure. He was punctual and polite. The weather did was. Or cooperative but he arrived on time and my mother was very happy. She enjoyed his company and I am forever grateful for Dan’s help and service. 5*+

Grateful for Ask Transportation that has been extremely reliable and punctual for my mother’s weekly hospital appointments. They are very communicative and we have never had any issues. I do not live locally to my mom, but I am able to communicate her transportation needs via text. Thankful for this very great service.

Terrific service. I had a surgery and gave them a window between 4 and 5 o’clock. They were sitting there waiting the whole time .The man helped me to my car and drove me literally into my garage and help me in my house… Very friendly. I would recommend this company.

We found this service after an unexpected need of a transport for our 94-year-old wheelchair bound mother, to her orthopedic doctor for an emergency evaluation. We had no other experience with this type of service, but they were a "godsend". Driver was on time. He handled my mother who is wheelchair bound with much care and made sure she in the wheelchair was secured properly in the van which was very clean. Definitely would use this transportation service again.
