They deserve ZERO stars. I called ASK Powersports in Grove City to purchase an item that was in stock at that store. The parts guy gave me a price of $54.17, but said he would have to find out about the shipping cost to my out of state location. After a long wait, a woman picks up the phone and says that the item in question is a "vintage part" and that she will not allow it to sell for $65.00. I reminded her that I was just quoted $54.17. I waited for over 1/2 hr. to get an answer from repair and called 3 x's and still no answer.
