Joby is about the only hope they have, service sucks.
It all started out good. Very good deal.. but you will soon realize you are just a number. My brand new ski having 9hrs on it had a check engine light.. no big deal bring it in and they were nothing but rude from the time I got there. The “tech” had the computer hooked up and still couldn’t tell me what code it had.. they ended up having me leave it to change a temp sensor. Needless to say I leave it go home (1hr30min) away. I walked in to purchase a new outlander 1000xmr today, after looking at the outlander Selection for 10 minutes with no other customer in the showroom and receiving zero sales help, I will take my purchase elsewhere.
RecommendedThankful to have such great places like ask to do business with. I bought my first ski from Patty when I was 18 (Sea Doo SPX). Yamaha Jet Boat, and numerous other power sports items. My last trip the service department took very good care of me, and didn't even charge me a penny. Great dealership, super great people! Thank you, and look forward to visiting again!
Worst company ever. I called in the morning looking for Polaris ranger. They said they would have look in the warehouse. Three hours later they called me back and said they had one. At that time I spoke to a local dealer 15 minutes from my house versus 1.5 hours. The catch was the local dealer reached out to ASK for an local deal transfer. They agreed but then refused. They called local dealer unethical names.
Had a great experience dealing with the sales people, finance dept was great...I will recommend to my friends to come there. Joby was very easy to deal with.

called about a qaud I had a trade in I was gonna use talked to some lady told her what I qaud I was interested in and her response was I'm not sure what that is... really ?... ....was told i was gonna get a call back Been 4 days and nothing called back was told they dont remember talking to me unbeilivabale place is a joke and should close there doors
