Tim Zello has been the biggest blessing. We called him after a contractor told us our roof had damage and then they proceeded to destroy it. He had his guys come, look at the roof and then fixed all the damage that was caused. Ask Zello was ready when we needed them the most. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Tim was friendlier than family and was willing to do what he could to help us out. Thanks for the phenomenal roof and customer service. 10/10
This person called me on my cell phone to confront me about my previous 3 star review. Apparently someone was using their truck to do a job at my house. 1 star for this company and for whoever uses their truck.
Bad experience with dallas. He doesn't respond to emails most of the time and then says to his boss he's responded multiple times to repeated questions from me. This simply is NOT true. This happened several times over a long period of time. This was not a one-time accident over a vacation. I use email so I can remember what we've discussed. New questions never got answered after repeated attempts. I sent some of the questions to his boss and that's when Dallas makes his claims about repeated questions he already answered. H... read more
Ask Zello roofing did our roof over the weekend and i have nothing but good things to say. They were fast, thorough and extremely fair priced. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be using them again!
