Jorge Lopez did an outstanding job for me. I ordered my F-150 through Jorge at Tomball Ford. Jorge took the time over several calls to answer all my questions and explain each step in the ordering process. He apprised me as updates from Ford were available and upon delivery, walked me through all the features and made certain I was satisfied prior to my leaving the dealership. He is clearly knowledgeable and made my purchase a good experience. I would be happy to recommend Jorge to anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle.

Jorge , spent a lot of time with us Beginning with understanding how I intend to use the truck. He checked the inventory and had three that he thought were a match to my needs. Had us look at / sit in all three. We then took a good test drive in the one that’s the best for my expectations. Covered the operating of the enhanced options.
