We hired Annalisa to do our taxes. She filed an extension without consulting us. That’s understandable. But then she completely ghosted us. We reached out many times and she finally responded and assured us that she would file them within a couple of weeks. Then again she ghosted us. Finally we found a new accountant that responds to us and asked him to file for us. He did it promptly and with communication to us.
