We had a tree that fell on our fence and roof and needed to be repaired. We referred to ASJ through our insurance company. Everything about working with ASJ was terrible from the beginning. I was told I needed to send a $2,000 check in the mail before they would start to schedule us which was our deductible. I sent the check on June 24th. A week went by and I never heard anything which was concerning. Superior A++ service. John knows his stuff. Very professional, detailed, walked me through every thing, kept me informed , awesome communication. His expertise surpassed all expectations. My experience wasn’t great. But I will say when I first got the damage on my house, they did tarp it very fast and didn’t have any issues with that. The worker they had out both days they did work was very nice I give him 5 stars but cant give the company more then one. My issue came when it took months for the work to get started/completed and lack of communication. I had to ask when they were coming and I kept getting we will let you know with no hard date. Until I messaged one night and they said “Tomorrow is the day.” So... read more
