Went there with a deep knife cut around 9 PM as it was the only urgent care provider open in the area. The whole process took 40 mins, the whole team was great but especially the doctor went above and beyond. Even though he was the only doctor, he patiently examined me and explained the recovery process step by step. Thank you!! (Only minor thing is that the equipment was looking old)
Disrespectful to patients, laughing from them into their face
I’ve had several visits where we arrived and were told the doctor wasn’t in, only a nurse. Before our last visit, I even called and was told Dr. Zuller is in until 10:30. We went over, got put in a room, and waited 45 minutes because he was “in a meeting.” Meanwhile, the front desk kept telling people he was available. Dr. Zuller is a great doctor, but the office has become poorly managed and the communication is not honest or consistent anymore. It used to be a great place, but lately it’s been very disappointing.
