Beautiful new facility. All staff & Doctor were, courteous, informative, prompt & efficient. Pleasurable healthcare visit.
The scheduled appointment for the newborn, arranged post-discharge, was unfortunately canceled approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. A subsequent appointment was then provided for the following week. Upon arrival for the rescheduled appointment, it was indicated that no such appointment was on record. Consequently, the infant has yet to receive medical attention.

I called on 6-25-05/ 3:45pm, in regards to having a prescription pre-authorization sent to my Health Insurance. I was directed to an answering machine stating calls received before before 3pm will have a callback that day, any calls answered after 3pm will be called back the next day and that they were busy attending other patients, to leave a name, phone number and a brief message in regards to the call....
