Bedside manner is inappropriate and unprofessional. He lacks compassion and does not go into detail in description of lab results., basically just says “labs look good come back in 3 months” . When I had questions(regarding to explain the results from the previous lab draw to current one) he walked out of the room and ignored me. I walked to his work station and once again said I had questions, he ignored me once again and his Medical assistant cut me off and handed me a card with an appointment date and time. The staff are knowledgeable; very nice & makes you feel comfortable as a patient. I like Dr. Chughtai as a doctor but he needs to talk to his patients for at least 5-10 minutes. Maybe he was in a hurry? I was in the middle of a sentence, and he cut me off and walked out of the room. That was very rude and he has never done that before. Maybe it would be better for me to get my blood work done and then the doctor can call me with the results. That way I do not have to take up any of his time.
