Unbelievably disappointed!! 3 weeks ago I got my hair done by Breanna at the Owing Mills location (flat twist with feed in extensions) Her energy was great. The energy of the salon was great. I was happy with my hair and the price ($150, tipped $30) May 18th I booked an appointment with the same lady, same location, same service. Got a call May 19th saying the appointment couldn’t be honored and needed to be rescheduled bc Breanna was not longer working there (I was told she was terminated for not charging enough for styles)... read more

My main concern is repeated last-minute cancellations. My appointments have been canceled multiple times, often only about 30 minutes before my scheduled time. That makes it very difficult to plan my day, especially when transportation, timing, and personal preparation are involved. I understand emergencies happen, but repeated short-notice cancellations feel inconsiderate and unprofessional. My second time coming. I got two strand twists both times. The second time I decided to buy the A-list package so I can get it redone each month. The thing that I like about this salon is the flexibility. Flexibility to book at different times of the day. Not many salons are open later, so this helps me since I’m with my kids in the day time. With the package you can’t get like all these fancy styles, but that’s because it’s a flat price, and sometimes the extra styling costs more. I like that I am in and out when I come. Wa... read more

I have been wrestling with this for a while to rate. I was booked for a silk press on 4/19/26 with Breanna in the Linthicum branch. I get an email that it was changed to Nakia Saturday afternoon. I did respond and asked why the change, but did not receive a response. I understand that people get sick and what not, but I wasn't given the opportunity to change the date. I just have to shout out my daughter’s amazing hair braider Breasia! From start to finish, the experience was incredible. She is professional, patient, and truly talented at what she does.
