Disappointed with ASICS Nimbus 26 and San Clemente Store Experience I’ve been a loyal ASICS customer for years, but the Nimbus 26 was a letdown. I purchased a pair of Asics Kayano runners in 2024. The material on the top of just 1 shoe developed 2 holes shortly after the 1 year warranty. I reached out to Asics because I firmly believe this is a manufactures defect on the one shoe. They would do absolutely nothing for me. I will never buy another pair of Asics again and I encourage all of you to boycott this company as well.

Terrible shoes and even worse of a warranty to match their terrible customer service. Save your $$ and go elsewhere these shoes will barely last 3 months!

Horrible customer service experience with Asic warranty company. I have been wearing Asics for years now and purchased a pair of gel nimbus 25 that were still under warranty. Initiated the warranty process, submitted pictures of the foam sole only on one shoe that was chunking out on the right shoe, no damage on the left, no wear on the sole of the shoe, not even cards in the foam that's how not worn they were and this shouldn't be happening to this show. The asics gel venture 5 trail,the blue color one they must of not make that anymore and discontinued them,that's the type of asics that fits me,i use to buy them amazon and can't find them,I've look everywhere including and every website,even on ascis.com and still can't find them,they should keep having them in stock and never discontinued them,that's stupid they do they that.
