This was my first time purchasing ASICS running shoes and my recent experience with customer service completely changed my opinion of the brand. ASICS has one of the worst websites I have ever used! Been trying for over an hour to order a pair of shoes. Also tried to refer a friend. Neither of these functions work. Guess they don't need my business.
I have been buying Asics running shoes for 27 years now. I go through about 2 to 3 pair a year and generally buy them so that I always have a backup pair in the closet. The last pair I bought was September 25, 2025. I was ready for those last week, Feb 3, 2026 and pulled out the box. They had given me a 15 left foot and a 14 right foot. What!! Do not buy from them! I returned my shoes in Dec and it’s been two months no refund! Zero star!
Poor quality of shoes and downright insulting customer service. I bought a pair of ASICS and they developed a hole after less than three months of use. They blamed it on the fact that I wore them for 7 days a week and should’ve allowed them to rest for 48 hours in between uses, even though I am using them at my sit down job. This was my first and only pair of ASICS and I will never buy nor recommend them to anybody. Buy at your own risk!
