Purchased 2 rear brake wheel cylinders for my Toyota. Parts arrived on my doorstep 2 days later via Purolator. Shipping cost was $12.99, but with the cost of gasoline nowadays, it made more sense than driving to the nearest pickup location of which there is a charge for. No customer service at all, I bought items wrongly a couple of days ago, and I followed the steps of the website emailing and requesting a return so that I can place another order of right items, simply exchanging items with additional price difference is acceptable to me, but they did not reply my email at all. I need to wait until the 30 days returning grace period past. I think it is a waste of time with this company, they did not consider customers' opinions.
