Reliable and professional
If I could do negative stars I would. I get massages weekly and this is by far the worst massage I've ever gotten and I paid $95. When I first arrived I told them I needed a deep tissue massage and they ensured me they could and that she could walk on my back. She demanded I pay before service was given so I paid $75 plus $20 tip which I regret. Once the massage started she started tap dancing on my back literally no method. I really enjoy my massage on Friday with Anna and her boss. Back was super sore before and now feeling. Great .
Very poor customer service! I called them and a woman told me to come in. When I got there she said she was the only one working and she had a customer. She told me to comeback in 45 minutes. When I came back 5 minutes after another customer walked in asking to get an hour message but when he realized I was also waiting he turned to leave and this woman turned to him and was pleading with him to stay and that she can work on him she was forgetting all about me until I asked what is going on.
