IF YOU WANT BLEEDING CUTICLES COME HERE I came to Asian Nails & Spa with my sister, and a nail tech immediately helped her but left me waiting cluelessly for 5 minutes. While explaining to the nail tech what I wanted, she kept pressuring me to try builder gel instead of regular. Their communication is TERRIBLE, and while prepping my nails she was extremely rough and cut my cuticle. Ruby is amazing! I would be leaving 5 stars but unfortunately the lady at #23 does not seem experienced with builder gel. I asked two times for her to clean up my cuticles before the builder gel was applied, which she ignored. I then reminded her and she told me she’d do it later. Cuticle work is usually done before the builder gel or even acrylic should be applied.
