Our family -- specifically, our Son -- had the pleasure of having Dr. Kao throughout his school years. Dr. Kao is always comforting, clear, and ready to help his growing patients. The Asian Medical Centre is always busy but staff are attentive and intake patients effectively and as quickly as possible. We've never encountered any issues with staff or doctors.
Avoid this clinic at all costs, the senior old Dr don't respect your time as their time is more valuable of course. Even you booked appointmt and arrived on time, he will still let you sit there waiting for more than half hr before see him ... happened every time.
I always mean to write a good review, but forget. This is a busy clinic, probably one of the busiest I've been to... but despite us moving further away I feel like I can't give up my family doctor because Dr.Fong does a really excellent job. Whenever I come in she always finds a moment during my appointment to refer to notes from my last visit and ask me about the milestones in my life and what my goals (health wise) might be. I wish I can give a lower than 1 star due to bad experience. I have an appointment at 9:30 am and waiting until 10am but didn’t meet my doctor yet. As a business owner, i totally understand how stress in busy time. At first, i didn't have any complaint, I was kindly come to talk with the lady with short hair who is receptionist that “ I have an appointment at 9:30am but it's 10:00 am and I need go to work so I will reschedule at another time”. They kept mess up your appointments. Their tones are very cold instead warm welcome. All the patients whose come to this clinic, they treat patients like as "who needs who" They are very rudes!!!!
