Never disappointed!
Very disorganized. I went in for a massage and asked how long it would be, they told me to sit and that it would be 20 minutes. I sat and waited and as soon as a chair opened up and they were asking what massage I wanted, a lady came out of the mall and they told me wait until she's done because she had an appointment. I waited another 15 minutes during which time a couple came in and sat. When the time passed and two chairs opened up the lady who worked there asked the couple if they called and they said yes.
