This place is a decent spot in appearance. The tables are nice and overall, I’ve had good experiences. Only issues I’ve had after 4-5 visits is one of the employees is openly on her phone during the massage. I understand getting a notification and checking it to see if family is dying or something. But there was one time that she stopped the massage to text message 4-5 times. I was hoping it was a one time thing but it has happened again. I may try to find another spot which is unfortunate as this is close to my home.
Staff rude and disrespectful, I called for an appointment was given one. And then was told they were busy with no one inside the last time.I was here.The lady begged me for a tip.Not a good place
Tried them 3 times. That was 2 too many
Booked an appointment for 7pm, arrived on time and waited 1 hour in the lobby… Another customer walked in and was immediately taken care of. Terrible way to do business, got up and left.
The service is very warm and welcoming. Sometimes they are so busy that they might miss some customers, but we believe everyone is understanding and we patiently wait for their arrangements. It's a good massage parlor in Charleston; they welcome couples, sisters, and friends to come together. They also have promotional activities for groups of couples, sisters, and friends, with very reasonable prices. We visit twice a month and have recommended it to other friends and neighbors.
