The lady couldn't communicate. Was on the phone half the time.
I am from ny and made an appt a week in advance for my wife's birthday for couple's massage. Arrived 15 mins early and the lady at the counter told us and someone else with 12 o clock appt that we need to wait at least an hour since their head person called out. Noone called to advise us of this before we came. Couldnt even speak with the lady at the counter about it because she spoke zero english. Wish there was an option for negative stars.
I found this place on Groupon and the price for 90 mins was insane so I bought it. I called to book appt for 12/1 pm they said ok, didn’t ask for my name said they would use my number upon arrival, that didn’t happen. There were 3 of us booked for 1pm and sadly we were waiting to each be seen,l. They kept telling me “15 mins”. I was trying real hard to be patient, but they hardly spoke English, so communication was difficult. My 2nd visit within a month. The massage was just what I needed. The price is very reasonable, the facilities are clean and no one hassled me for a tip but I left a good tip because the service was everything. I will return again.
