First, they don't charge the prices on their website. Those are apparently for "members". Second, they ask you to pre-pay before they start. Always a red flag...I should have left then. Third, they wanted to charge me an extra $10 to use a credit card. Fourth, my masseuse walked out on me...twice...to go handle other customers...and left the door open. Fifth, I only got 55 minutes, (3:40-4:35), and included the 2 delays. Finally...she has the audacity to ask for a tip! "That was a hard hour" she said...no it was an annoying ... read more
