I asked for very hard to attack my traps and rhomboids right between my spine shoulder blades and she really did a good job digging in with her heel standing in my back using the ceiling parallel bars. Also did a good job of heel drag on the hamstrings and calf.
My mom said it was one of the best massages she's ever received and would go again in a heartbeat. The one con to this establishment is that they ask for a tip in advance. It's a bit off-putting, perhaps it's a cultural difference. 🤷♀️
