I love online booking and the online inspection/approval process. The inspection report includes full details and pictures. Prices seem reasonable.
I went in with a thought of what I thought the issue was(Nuetral/Safety Switch) they said they needed to run a full diagnostic test at the cost of $185 which I though was excessive since I told them what to look for. They came back with a laundry list of items adding up to almost $7000 but that the original issue was not the switch but automatic shifter cable they wanted $778 to replace. I had a great experience at the Asian Imports Auto Henderson location. From the moment I called them to ask for a free inspection to when I walked in the customer service was excellent. Nick and Tyler were both extremely helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were able to finish the job the same day. The staff were really friendly and clear in their communication when it came to my car's inspection. They have a real easy way to approve repairs and did so quickly! The prices are fair and better than the dealership so that was a positive. I would go back!
