Went there with someone to file their paperwork. The person there was rude and condescending.
I used mr tsai’s office for my wife’s immigration. Mr tsai and his staff, Hanh, was friendly and professional. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. They made the whole process hassle free for me. Thank you very much.
Very rude and condescending. He told me to call Joe Biden. No one should use him!!
