I used mr tsai’s office for my wife’s immigration. Mr tsai and his staff, Hanh, was friendly and professional. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. They made the whole process hassle free for me. Thank you very much.

Quite disappointed! I am new in the Us and really surprised with the way the staff talked in person to me with the very-hard-to-listen words that made me scared to tears.
Awful just to speak to on the phone. Expect to get hanged up on just because he doesn’t want to be bothered to answer your question.
