I had a very frustrating experience with the front desk during my children’s appointments. I scheduled their visits nearly three weeks in advance and confirmed with both the clinic and our insurance that coverage would not be an issue. We arrived on time. The staff is extremely rude! They can't explain things properly! Be kinder to the children!!! The nurses are incompetent. The doctors are uncommunicative! Never go to this place!
