I came to see pediatrician Sharmita Misra, after the appointment she left and did not even say that the appointment is over and that we can go, in the end I sat in the office without knowing 15-20 minutes losing time with a small baby! We were supposed to have a 1 year old checkup, but she didn't say anything about the development of the baby! Very unhappy with her work! I do not advise you to go to!
I hate going to any medical appointment but Jackie and Kendra are awesome. Super welcoming super positive. If I can give ten stars based on them alone I would.
Receptionist’s Kendra and Jackie made it real pleasing with my usual check up and straight forward easy process. No hesitations on checking in nor confusions, Very friendly staff and doctors, would recommend this facility!
Jackie at the receptionist desk was very nice and welcoming. She was able to get all my information and sign me in quickly. While waiting I observed her going above and beyond to use Google translate when there was a language barrier between her and another patient.
I have been going to AHS for at least 10 years. I bring my children here as well for dental checkups. Ms.Jackie is always willing to adjust timing so that it fits my busy mom schedule. She always have nice little treats for my kids so that they are occupied and content. Each person I've encountered had great bedside manners. The MA Sony speaks my language so it's nice to see that in the facility. I've went to all AHS facility and it's convenient for me, whether it's WIC, OB, Dental or Regular Exam.
