Receptionist that takes calls is very rude. She hangs up on me without confirming my appointment, if when should I go. Very unprofessional
Very rude receptionist has no patience and very unprofessional, the doctor especially doesn’t want to see you if you come just 10 mins late and definitely don’t come here.
I’ve been going to AHS for over 3 years and they are great! I go for my PCP, dentist, gynecologist and psychiatrist. It’s a wonderful facility and they really care about you. I’m so lucky they have so many services and locations.
The front desk staff of Skokie Branch are so accommodating and very helpful especially Faiga/Faiqa.
If i could give this place a zero i would. They asked my husband to come back only to give him his printed lab results and he was billed for it. They did not even check his vital signs and got charged for the visit. They could have just uploaded the results on their patient portal or give him a call about his labs but instead they had him come in. Avoid this place especially Dr Uday Paul at all cost.
