This establishment is truly unpleasant. I was required to make a payment upfront for my one-hour massage. However, the masseuse seemed more interested in providing a "happy ending" rather than focusing on my actual needs. Despite clearly expressing my discomfort and asking her not to touch certain areas, she became angry and forcefully directed me to the shower, urging me to leave. The personnel was not courteous, she was rude with poor customer service skills. I paid before the massage and she requested for the tip to be given right away. Very unprofessional, I have never encountered a service like this. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I usually tip according to the service provided, she was extremely demanding about the tip. I respectfully took my money back and left this place.
