Ok Orange Beef, but Overall a Rather Ordinary Experience We decided to give Asian Grill on Providence Road a try, and unfortunately, the experience was rather underwhelming. The orange beef was ok. We also ordered two spring rolls that we understood to be vegetarian, although one unexpectedly contained a piece of shrimp. We also ordered plain lo mein, expecting it to include some vegetables. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, mostly was breading and chicken was chewy. Egg rolls were fair and fried wontons were good. Portions were fine, but lacked for what you are expecting. Hoping they improve over time.
I haven’t been here 10yrs and am in town visiting. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that after all that time everything is the exact same! Same friendly workers, the food was good just the same as when they first opened.
I ordered for lunch and was not disappointed. From the food to the staff highly recommend!
