Scheduled an appointment a full day in advance and when I showed up, the lady at the front desk said they already had a client and I’d have to wait another hour. When I told her I had an appointment, she just dismissed it. I also asked to use the restroom real quick and was told no and basically told to leave. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.
