I had the most wonderful experience getting an upper bleph from Dr Chen. He went above and beyond post surgery to make sure I was recovering and comfortable. He was extremely detail oriented which made me feel like I was in very confident hands. Through hours of research, I knew he was the doctor to go with. His office staff was also very kind and helpful. They even texted and called me outside of normal hours to make sure I had everything I needed.
Dr. Chen exceeded my expectation. Dr. Chen and his staff takes care of his patients very well. Dr. Chen listens to his patient and he is very professional. I love the outcome of my surgery.
Who doesn't like to age gracefully? I DO!!! With a little help here and a little help there I have been able to maintain looking like myself but only 10 - 15 years younger! I had an amazing experience with my procedure for upper and lower Blepharoplasty. In my initial visit Dr. Chen was very thorough in explaining the procedure which made it easy and comfortable in understanding expected outcome. My procedure was a great success, and my recovery was painless from day one. The swelling was gone by the 2nd week and all stiches were removed by first 10 days. I am so happy with my bilateral blepharoplasty and it’s only 1 week out. I am healing very quickly and my eyes have never looked so good. They look better now than when I was younger. Dr. Chen is a wonderful surgeon and I am glad that I put my trust in him! His office staff is also wonderful. All in all a great experience. I wish I had done my eyes sooner!
