I won't go anywhere else. When I come here it doesn't ever matter who helps me, I am always taken care of and the service and outcome are great.
Would not put any stars but because of default have to add 1. The first time I went there was only one staff and experience was ok, not exceptional but was just ok. Second time was ugly. The lady who did threading was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there at all. She kept stopping and was making me feel so uncomfortable. Then when she was done gave me a paper towel to put the product on it to put on my face. She didn't say this but only gestured. Sam was an excellent worker, I enjoyed the experience very much. She had amazing delicate hands and made my welcome. Feel very comforted as well as able to uphold conversation. I recommend More than anything
