They were very easy to book on the same day and came on time - big plus. Upon coming over they offered a different price, arguing that engine has oil on it, despite the fixed unconditional price offered by phone - big minus, and as oil in the engine bay of a car for wrecking is kinda expected, that argument sounded not very fair. The person picking the car was very friendly.
