Today, April 26, around 6:45–7:00 PM, I visited Oh K-Dog for my daughter. While waiting, I happened to look to my right at Asian Chao and observed an employee wearing gloves near the door digging in her nose with both gloved hands. I was shocked, looked away, then looked back and saw her continuing to do it. There was a man in line, and I let him know what I had seen. He immediately walked away. The chicken I received was basically all breading and sauce with barely any actual meat inside. It was really disappointing, especially considering how much you expect to get for what you’re paying. When I brought it up and asked for a refund, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. She tried to justify it by giving me a “sample,” but of course she picked out one piece that actually had chicken in it—which just proved my point even more that the rest of my order didn’t. Terrible service
Walk across food court to the other bourbon chicken place, this one sucks. Rude staff. Check your receipt too as I was overcharged $10 but didn't catch it until after I paid and they refused to refund. Chicken was good but noodles and green beans were not.
