They do answer their telephones, voice mail or emails. Worst yet they do not pay their bills. They have changed their name to Paper People so be on the look out for a new company with the same poor record. I have invoices over due from September 2010. They kept saying they'd pay after talking to Rick and Julie, but they lied. It is best to avoid working with or dealing with these people. Not to be trusted!!!
