I wish I had documented things or acted earlier. This woman ruined my life. She destroyed my parents trust in me when I was a teenager and a virgin by giving me a pregnancy test without my knowledge and then it showed up on the insurance statement. But that’s the smallest part of this. When faced with anxiety that was debilitating she put me on Effexor without even looking at my mental health records.
