I loved this store! The little girl, Alexis, helped me out so much! She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where everything was! It was a little crowded in the store in terms of boxes and such, so it could be overwhelming, but they had everything I needed and more!! And the prices were AMAZING!!
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. It’s Very cluttered and unprofessional, so many unopened boxes in such a small store. Also, The store says it opens up at 9:30am I get here at 10am & the store is still closed.
Very bad customer service you cannot look around without the owners daughter following you everywhere making you feel uncomfortable and rushed if you take a long time looking around the man at the front desk will suck his teeth because you’re taking a long time to pay.
I purchased a nail drill from this supply. The man that works behind the counter was very unprofessional and kept talking over me while I was trying to explain to him what was going on with the product. He kept telling me that I broke the drill. When in fact, I know I did not. He kept trying to make it my fault that the drill that he sold me had stopped working and functioning properly for me to work on my clients.
