My experience was great he came to my home and had me fixed up and hearing again in 15 minutes, Thank you so much.
Stopped in and Mason was not busy with another customer so he was able to tweek the volume of my hearing aids right then and there. Wonderful customer service!
Very pleased with the service and friendliness of Mason. Disappointed that the service plan is taking a significant price increase.
